An IP simulator for learning

I developed yet another IP simulator for learning IP. The interface of this simulator is similar to the "Ethernet for learning".

Although there are so many IP simulators in the world. However, because no appropriate Ethernet simulator was found, I first developed an Ethernet simulator. I modified it to create the IP simulator. I used this simulator for a lecture in Kogakuin University for several years. Because it is far from complete, I did not publish it. Still there is no readme file, but now I publish it. Currently, the only document is this usage.
